Patients are requested to inform us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
This helps us manage appointments efficiently and serve other patients.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled based on availability.
Please contact our clinic in advance to request a new time slot.
4. Refund Policy
Consultation fees and treatment charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If a payment is made in advance and the appointment is canceled within the allowed time, it may be adjusted for a future visit.
5. Advance Payments
Any advance payment made for treatments will be adjusted against the final treatment cost.
In case of cancellation, adjustments or partial refunds (if applicable) will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
6. Treatment-Based Refunds
Dental treatments involve medical procedures, and outcomes may vary from patient to patient.
Therefore, refunds are not applicable once the treatment has started or been completed.
7. Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in loss of booking or advance payment.
