3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments can be rescheduled based on availability.

  • Please contact our clinic in advance to request a new time slot.

4. Refund Policy

  • Consultation fees and treatment charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  • If a payment is made in advance and the appointment is canceled within the allowed time, it may be adjusted for a future visit.

5. Advance Payments

  • Any advance payment made for treatments will be adjusted against the final treatment cost.

  • In case of cancellation, adjustments or partial refunds (if applicable) will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

6. Treatment-Based Refunds

  • Dental treatments involve medical procedures, and outcomes may vary from patient to patient.

  • Therefore, refunds are not applicable once the treatment has started or been completed.

7. Missed Appointments

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in loss of booking or advance payment.
